Take some time to make sure that you look after number one – YOU! During this last few weeks I have found as the calories have come down the training has ramped up and this is causing my body to become very tired and stressed so taking time to remember to relax is so important at this stage. 2 weeks and 5 days to go and I’m still progressing. I cant wait to see the package I will being to stage this year. And i hope you are all enjoying being on this journey with me.
