Remember the body can push harder than the mind can and at this stage of dieting that is the best thing to tell yourself that the body will cope. I am working just as hard in the gym and my weights are on the increase each week but yet I’m eating less. Don’t be fooled by the old “you have to eat more to train” not true but eating more often and making better choices will see better results. Keep strong everyone we got this.
