You’ve worked hard at achieving or working towards a goal then yes you should be proud of that!! It’s okay when going through a diet or changing your lifestyle to have good days and bad days it’s just how you deal with these days that counts. Don’t give up your goals for a few negative thoughts and cravings they will always pass and you will feel better for overcoming those feelings and pushing on. No body said lifestyle changes were easy but the end result will be worth it.
