  • 300g frozen raspberries
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • Splash of water or coconut water


If you have already peeled and diced the banana before freezing then first of all… well done for being so forward thinking! If, like me you just throw the banana in whole, put it in the microwave for 10 seconds at a time until you are able to remove the skins.

Add the bananas and raspberries to a blender and mix, adding water a splash at a time to help loosen the mixture until it forms a smooth yoghurt type texture.

Serve straight away or keep in the freezer for later. Leave to defrost slightly before serving.

Tip: Serve topped with mixed seeds, more fruit or some dark chocolate

Alternative: Don’t like raspberry? Why not try it with some frozen pineapple and mango instead!
